Overall a very good experience! Professional, easy to work with and never had any problems contacting my salesmen Michael Caesar. Upheld the advertised price that attracted me to the car in the first place. No gimmicks or extra unnecessary fees. Straight to the point. Did have some little speed bumps like postponing the pick up date and saying that the valet key was the spare key but all just misunderstandings. No worries! My experience at sunrise volkswagen couldnt have been better especially being my first new car purchase. Would definitely return for future car purchases.

I was very pleased with my experience with Tom at Sunrise VW. I wasn’t sure what to make of his rapid and detailed approach at first but I soon found him to be a great source of info and he helped me find the right car for my needs. I came looking at one car and left having bought another at his suggestion. And even a week later, I know he was completely right. Not only that, but the dealership made me a fair offer. I’m happy. Zack is clearly very good at what he does. He is extremely friendly and makes sure every one of his customers is taken care of.
I met with Vincent Monte. He helped get me the deal I wanted. Everything went smooth. There were some technical/computer issue with billing, but everyone stayed professional. Once it was fixed we were in our way.

The customer service at Sunrise VW is like no other dealership I've ever been to. I always feel like I get personalized attention. Their service department has extended hours outside of normal business hours and their show room has a receptionist there until at least 9. All of their staff has gone above and beyond to make sure that any interaction is desirable.
Always an easy experience and I am usually not waiting too long for my car . The waiting area is very comfortable and clean. I dont mind going there
